RIAK E-RACE TRAINING PLANS
RIAK is an online cycling and triathlon training service providing specialist coaching services and online training sessions. RIAK ONLINE’s sessions include professionally coached cycling sessions leveraging RGT’s immersive virtual training platform, audio and coach briefed swim sets, an online run club and strength & conditioning classes designed specifically for endurance athletes. The thing that sets RIAK apart is that all their coaching plans are tailored to the individual and all their online sessions are fully interactive with specific expert coach advice only an unmute button or chat feed away!
On offer are three FREE 12-week E-racing plans, each adapted depending on your current level: one for those new to structured training with little or no E-racing experience; one for those that are used to training in a structured way but would like to take their E-racing to the next level; and a third for those experienced racers who need a challenging higher volume programme to get them ready, perhaps for a specific RGT E-racing series.
