Information We Collect.
Personal information we collect: Name, birth date, email, gender, password (stored encrypted), IP, preferred measurement units
Hardware information we collect in debug logs: System mode, system name, system type, system ID, GPU ID, GPU name, GPU vendor, GPU vendor ID, GPU version, GPU memory size, GPU multithread compatibility, GPU shader level, Operating system, CPU core count, CPU frequency, CPU model, RAM size, USB device count, ANT+ device model, ANT+ device ID.
Hardware information collected by the game launcher: Operating system, CPU model, GPU model, RAM size
Health and fitness information collected: Cycling power, Cadence, Heart rate.
The information we collect can change without prior written notice.
How We Use Information.
We use collected information to make available and to improve our high standard of reliable services. We use such information to:
• respond to inquiries or service requests and monitor such responses;
• provide information about and market our products or Game and third party services; • resolve problems; and
• manage the Site and the Game.

Disclosure of Information.
We do not sell or rent personally identifiable information to third parties who are not affiliates of the Company, except as described here. We may disclose personally identifiable information to third party service providers that perform functions on our behalf, such as companies or individuals that operate our Site, analyze data, perform email list management services or provide customer service. We are not limited in our use of non-personal information that does not permit direct association with any specific individual, or non-identifiable aggregate information about our users (such as the number of users of the Game, the geographic distribution of our users, the amount of information located and/or removed, etc.). We disclose information that we, in good faith, believe is appropriate to cooperate in investigations of fraud or other illegal activity. Disclosure of Information Associated with Competition and Performance
Individual performance data such as (specifically, but not limited to), first name, surname, heart rate, body weight and power values) will be stored and shared with those parties RGT Cycling consider necessary to enable legitimate competition standards to be upheld.
Events results may also be made available publicly by these third parties.
If further validation is required you may be contacted by RGT Cycling to provide proof of performance, calibration and weight.
Choice and Opt-Out.
We provide you the opportunity to “opt-out” of having your personally identifiable information used for certain purposes when we ask for this information. For example, if you do not wish to receive marketing material from us, you can indicate your preference by clicking a link to unsubscribe contained in such communications. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter and promotional communications, if any, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each communication. In addition, we provide you with the right to access personally identifiable information held about you. You may ensure that such information is accurate and relevant for the purposes for which we collected it. You may review your own information and correct or remove any information that is incorrect, as permitted by applicable law. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. This Site and the Game are not directed to person under the age of 18. If we become aware that a person under 18 has provided us with personal information, we take steps to remove such information.
Effective Date; Policy Changes.
Each time you use the Site and the Game, the current version of the Policy will apply. Accordingly, when you use the Site or the Game, you should check the date of this Policy (which appears at the top of the Policy) and review any changes since the last version. This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A. without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits customers who are California residents and who have provided the Company with “personal information” (as that term is defined in Section 1798.83) to request certain information about the disclosure of that information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
