Cycling Fusion is one of the leading companies that provides educational, coaching and certification materials to the indoor cycling market.
While their customer segment is colleges and universities (including over 60 institutions including MIT, University of Delaware, University of Pittsburgh, University of Maryland, Towson, George Mason).
Their Winter Training program is geared specifically towards the individual rider and consumer market. They have, or are in the process of, co-developing certifications with endurance athletic’s biggest names including: Hunter Allen, Sally Edwards and Matt Fitzgerald.

What you need to know
Who’s it for?
Beginner to intermediate riders or those wanting a greater insight in to their performance.
What will you learn?
The series will develop your knowledge and understanding of training but importantly take you through a series of tests that will identify your FTP and even your heart rate and performance decoupling.
What is the format?
The program is designed with one or two rides per week. The primary ride will start at 60 minutes in length and increase to 2hrs and 20 mins by the end (increasing 20 minutes every 3 weeks). The second ride will always be 60 minutes and is primarily a skills ride that reinforces what was covered in ride one.
